TripTravel Go does not own or operate the travel services listed on the Platform. Refunds are therefore governed primarily by the cancellation and refund policies of the respective Service Providers.

- • No-show cases are generally non-refundable.

- • Typical processing time ranges from 7 to 21 working days, depending on banks, payment gateways, and suppliers.
- • Delays due to external entities are beyond TripTravel Go's control.
8. Convenience Fees & Charges
- • Convenience fees, service charges, and payment gateway fees are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.
- • Any applicable cancellation or amendment charges will be deducted from the refundable amount.
9. Force Majeure & Special Circumstances
In cases of force majeure events such as:
- • Natural disasters
- • Government restrictions
- • Pandemics
- • Airline or hotel shutdowns
Refunds will be processed strictly as per the policies of the respective Service Providers. TripTravel Go shall not be liable for non-refundable losses arising from such events.
10. Failed or Duplicate Transactions
- • In case of failed or duplicate payments, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.
- • Processing time may vary depending on banks and payment gateways.
11. Misuse & Policy Violations
TripTravel Go reserves the right to deny or forfeit refunds if:
